Future road grids including Colshire Meadow Drive (not part of this project) will help connect portions of Anderson Road to the McLean metro station.

The project also includes two skyparks between residential towers which provide secluded recreational space to residents. This project has direct access to the metro platform along Route 7.

It also includes the construction of road grid connections on the south side of route 7 including part of the Boone Boulevard extension to Springhill and the provision of one new public park totaling 1.5 acre.

Promenade at Tysons West is a mixed use multi-phase project which currently has one piece under construction by right to construct a retail center including a wal-mart and retail stores. The remainder of the site is currently under rezoning consideration and includes 4 new mixed use high rise and mid rise residential and office buildings ranging from 75′ residential mid rise to 225′ residential and office towers. The project also includes several open space improvements including 2 plazas, a linear park, and a full recreational park.

Tysons Central is a mixed use project located at the heart of Tysons between Route 123 and Route 7 along what is currently a service road to the existing 1 and 2 story retail spaces. The proposed project includes 5 new high rise and mid rise buildings ranging from 112′ Office Building to the 355′, 33 story hotel/residential tower. The project has direct frontage on the Tysons Central metro station and includes a public plaza at the entrance to the metro which connects to the projects Esplanade and common plazas between the buildings. This project also creates the new Station Place road which provides a future connection to Greensboro Drive and Route 7.

The project provides new public and private spaces including a plaza courtyard and is screened from the existing Avalon Crescent property by the existing vegetation and stormwater management pond.

The Commons of McLean project is a multi phase redevelopment of the existing residential property of the Commons of McLean which currently consists of several garden style apartments. The new residential towers range from midrise to 23 stories and includes a new recreational field. It also includes the Colshire Meadow Drive connection through the Mitre Property which will connect residents of the McLean Commons region and Pimmit Hills to the McLean Metro Stations. The project could include as many as 2160 dwelling units.

Solutions Plaza is a mixed use project which incompasses much of the SAIC and Booz Allen office parking along Route 7 and Greensboro Drive. The project has several phases and portions and ranges from a 9 floor to a 30 floor tower. The uses range from pure retail, to mixed use office retail as well as 3 new residential towers along Westpark Drive. The project will also connect to the station place entrance from Route 7, included with the Tysons Central project, and a new grid connection in Center Street. The project has direct frontage on the new Tysons Central Metro station and will have a large plaza entrance will pedestrian friendly retail and recreational space.

Scotts Run Station South is part of the overall Scotts Run Station project and includes several new high rise and mid rise mixed use buildings along Old Meadow Road, Colshire Meadow Road (the new grid connection constructed with this plan) and Colshire Drive. The towers range from a mid rise 66′ residential building to a 365′ office tower with ground level retail along Route 123. Also included with this project is a new 180′ Hotel Building and possible conference center for the growing city along Colshire Meadow Drive.
